Validation test of RVS-Technology®gel.
The objective of the study was to test the functioning of the RVS Technology® gel on a test vehicle. Among other things, the formation of a ceramic coating on the crystal grid of the metallic surface in the engine was tested.
In addition, engine operation without oil after treatment was tested.

Quote: "The differences are quite significant and I find the clear drop of the fuel consumption in the Mixed run (City run) particularly remarkable. The reduction of the fuel consumption can be, at least partly, explained by the reduction of the friction caused by the RVS compound, because the accelerations consume especially much fuel and the City run means continuous brakings and accelerations. The vehicles also rumble less while driving (accelerating) at low revolves (rpm)."

Transmission test without transmission oil
Stress test on gear motors made by SEW Eurodrive
The temperature and current behavior of 4 worm gear motors without gear oil with a nominal load were tested to determine the motors' emergency running properties. The difference between 2 motors treated with RVS Technology gel and 2 untreated motors was observed.

The RVS Technology can be applied in ships, ship-repairing yards, navy maintenance yards, and ports.
Research purpose: to define what kind of effect the repair and restoration compound (the RVS Technology) has on wear of friction pair specimens when the compound is added in lubricants.
