At the start of a car's life, all components that interact are smooth. Piston rings and cylinder liners, camshaft and valves, to name just a few, must be well lubricated to keep wear on them to acceptable limits.
This lubrication is necessary because components of similar hardness can wear each other down.This wear leads to changes in the surfaces in the form of scratches and grooves, thus making the surface rough and increasing friction.
Increased friction means the engine needs more energy for the same performance and thus consumes more fuel. The higher the mileage on the engine, the greater the wear. The same applies to the components in transmission, differential, injection pump, power steering, and bearings.
RVS Technology® can prevent this wear in new vehicles and repair it in used vehicles by changing the metal surfaces with a chemical reaction. The gel fills the grooves, smoothes and hardens the import surfaces.

RVS® Technology renews the important metal surfaces in engine, transmission, etc. The 10 milliliter RVS gel in the tube are mixed with 190 ml oil in the bottle and poured into the oil fill valve. After a simple procedure (see instructions) RVS gel is brought to all important components during normal vehicle operation. There, the metal silicate reacts with the iron moleciles of the surface. It forms a new metal-ceramic surface that is smoother and more wear resistant with less friction.

Proof of effectiveness by test report from the Fraunhofer Institute
The Fraunhofer Technology Development Group tested the RVS gel in several test series and arrived at the following results:
By revitalization with RVS-Technology® gel the test series showed that a coating of approx. 5 μm reduced wear by approx. 50%. A glass-ceramic surface coating can be seen with the naked eye after treatment.
- The revitalization makes it possible to run the engine in neutral for at least 1 hour without oil (test time in the study). The engine ran smoothly. This test confirms the coating after treatment with RVS-Technology® gel.
- Motor compression after treatment with RVS-Technology® gel was greatly improved in another test vehicle. The compression levels of the individual cylinders were clearly increased. This proved that compression of the cylinders was improved for this other vehicle through the treatment with RVS-Technology®gel.
