Every order is handled and sent within 24 hours. The delivery period depends on the target country.

I made a mistake on my order. How can I change it?

Before delivery:

Just call us – phone ++49 (0) 80 85 / 18 78 95 1. We are there every day from 9:00 am to 5 pm. If th order has not been sent yet, you can cancel an article by phone.

 

After delivery:

Just send the unused and unopened article back and write: ordered by mistake.

How can I see what I've ordered?

You will receive a confirmation email after every order. Print it out or save it on your computer. It lists all articles ordered.

When will the order arrive?

We generally ship goods withing 24 hours of receiving the order on weekdays  - the delivery period is depending ion the target country and the delivery contractor. Please ask.

What if I need to return something?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unopened product within 14 days. We will reimburse you for the amount paid within 24 hours of receipt of the returned goods less delivery costs.
